IT graduate with hands-on Windows and Linux administration, SQL, and networking, who also ships web tools and games. Before tech, ten years running teams, schedules, and inventory, so I'm used to things that have to work on a deadline.
A trading-card business simulator that runs in your browser.
Idea
The buy, pull, price and sell loop of the card business I run, as a game: open boxes, chase the big hits, list cards at auction, and keep up with the bills.
Build
Vanilla JavaScript, HTML and CSS. A desk that follows your local time of day, a timing minigame for digging through boxes, a buyer-offer and demand market, loans, unlockable brands and gamepad support. Every brand, player and card is original.
Scanning trading cards leaves messy sheets that take forever to crop by hand.
Build
Auto-detects, crops and pairs the fronts and backs of high-res scan sheets with a custom edge-detection algorithm (OpenCV.js, PDF.js, JSZip), all in the browser.
I wanted a single place to prove I can ship finished, playable software, not just tutorials.
Build
RipNFlip, SMURT! trivia, Match Em (sports logos), Solitaire, GRIDS (city builder) and Wanderer (time-travel adventure), all in the browser with a shared design system.
Collectors need to see what they own against full checklists, across hundreds of sets.
Build
574 sets and 120,000+ cards across DC, Marvel, Star Trek, Star Wars and Stargate, with search, custom sets, save export/import, and optional Google sign-in sync.
Low-poly models and textures for other people's games.
Work
Low-poly Blender assets for Cities: Skylines and Starfield, shared through Steam Workshop and Patreon, plus Photoshop and Krita textures and custom commissions.
HTML, CSS and JavaScript sites with interactive odds calculators and command lists that stay in sync with a linked Excel file, so the streamer edits a spreadsheet instead of code.
Moved my main PC from Windows to CachyOS (Arch-based) and worked through GPU drivers, printer and scanner, PipeWire/ALSA audio and application compatibility. Hands-on with CachyOS, Arch, Fedora and Mint.
